Peter Sayer
CEO and Co-Founder
Peter is the Founder & CEO of FlexPath Capital, Inc. since 2012 and DriveLine since 2021. Sayer began his career at IBM in the late 90’s. After 9/11, he left IBM and helped build and sell EquipSystems, a healthcare services and technology company in 2005 to private equity. He joined Alliance Bernstein in 2007 before starting FlexPath Capital in 2012.
Sayer serves as Chairman of the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board to Hillsborough County Public Schools, the #7 largest public school district in the United States. The Board currently serves over 30 middle and high schools and thousands of students. He also sits on the Advocacy Board of the Stavros Center at University of South Florida and Board Member of South Tampa Sticks Youth Lacrosse.
Peter is a Coach and a Faculty Lecturer at The Honor Foundation since 2021. The Honor Foundation (THF) is a career transition program for U.S. Special Operations Forces that effectively translates their elite military service to the private sector and helps create the next generation of corporate and community leaders. THF provides a clear process for professional development and a diverse ecosystem of world class support and technology.
Peter holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and his BA from Lehigh University. In 1997, Peter joined a 2+ month expedition with NOLS in Kenya. Additionally, Sayer has been a Member of The Explorers Club since 2007. Sayer is a Father, Husband, an Eagle Scout and avid outdoorsman. Â
